Ravage Defense isn’t responsible for any manner in which the customer chooses to use our products.
Ravage Defense is not responsible for what happens to products after they have been shipped to the correct address given.
Ravage Defense is not responsible for the violation of laws in the customer’s state. Our business and products comply with Alabama state laws and each consumer is responsible for following their own state’s laws.
Refunds are available, however the customer is responsible for shipping costs of the returned product(s). Money will only be refunded after the product(s) have been received and confirmed to be in the same condition as before being shipped to the customer. Refunds requests are only accepted if a customer returns the product(s) unused within 7 business days from the product(s) being delivered.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason.
If a package is lost, stolen or damaged a claim must be filed with the shipping company. Damage must be reported within 2 days of receipt of the package. No replacements or refunds will be issued until the shipping company has completed their investigation. Upon receiving the shipping companies findings and they have decided to pay the claim we will either send a replacement or refund at our discretion.
The customer is fully responsible for all charges, cost and fees related to/with returned shipments and address changes. This includes but is not limited to Undeliverable Addresses, Refused Packages, Address Changes, 3rd Attempt Undeliverable Packages, Cancellation Of An Order After It Ships, and The Return Of Packages To Our Facility With / Without Proper NotificationĀ Charges, Cost, and Fees may include but are not limited to shipping charges, cost and fees to the customer, shipping charges, cost and fees back to our facility, and shipping charges, cost and fees back to the customer. If a package is returned to us and delivered to the wrong facility, the customer is responsible for the charges, cost and fees related to shipping the package to the proper facility. If the customer refuses to pay for any shipping charges, cost, or fees accrued after the initial shipping of the package we reserve the right to deduct all charges, cost and fees from the customers refund.
